Shipping

We ship from the State of Texas, USA, to any location in the United States via the United States Postal Service. My normal shipping rate is First-Class Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation which usually takes 2 – 8 days for delivery.

We ship all orders via USPS. Please visit www.USPS.com for detailed shipping information and holiday schedules. Orders that total $75.00 or more will receive ground shipping at no charge. Orders under $75.00 will be charged. Shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Shipping methods to Alaska and Hawaii are limited to one-day and two-day services.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders are usually processed within one to three business days from when the order was placed. If a delay should occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping options and rates for “priority mail” to “first class mail” are available and are based on total item weight in ounces plus Delivery Confirmation fee.* 

Shipping to Canada is sent priority express mail to provide delivery confirmation and insure your package.

**All shipping information is subject to change by the rules and regulations of the United States Post Office and I must comply with their rules. 

 

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Jewelry items may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. I will refund the cost of the item or arrange an exchange to satisfy your purchase from our store. If the availability of the same item purchased is depleted a store credit will be given in the form of a coupon code. Bath and Body products along with Jewelry Organizers are unfortunately neither non-returnable nor refundable.

All jewelry returns must be made prepaid within 10 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition. Please use the Contact Us form or email us at [email protected] after you receive your item(s) to get a Merchandise Return Authorization number to return your item(s) and request a refund of the item(s) purchase price less shipping (shipping is not refunded). Buyer pays for return shipping (return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be refunded). Your refund will be processed through the credit card used for purchase or PayPal after I receive the item back in new, unused condition.

Returns should be repackaged either using the original packaging or similar to protect against breakage, along with a copy of the invoice that was sent, and sent to:

Please Note: Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.
